Before Localytics, Henry spent several years in the Windows Core OS division at Microsoft, contributing to its app analytics service, where his team received several Microsoft Engineering Excellence awards including the prestigious Chairman's award.

    Matt Restivo, Director of Product Development, NHL

    As the Director of Product Development, Matt Restivo creates and improves the NHL user experiences across multiple digital platforms, including NHL apps and NHL.com. He's currently focused on providing a greater experience for the hockey fan on the go, at home and in the arena. Prior to joining the NHL in November 2013, Restivo spent 6 years at ESPN and emerged as one of the pioneers in the mobile notifications space. He played an integral role in doubling the ESPN’s app’s audience size and vastly improving personalization by envisioning and executing the SportsCenter Inbox. A native of Commack, NY, Restivo received his Computer Science degree from Siena College. He currently resides in New York City.

    Yvonne Chen, Director Product Marketing, Localytics

    As the Director of Product Marketing, she is responsible for scaling and defining the go-to-market vision and strategy for Localytics’ product globally. Prior to Localytics, Yvonne helped develop the support and operations model for Facebook Ads and was a Product Marketing Manager for several Facebook business products. Yvonne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

    Lars Kamp, VP of Business Development, Crittercism

    Lars joins Crittercism after 12 years at Accenture. As the Managing Director, Strategy & Corporate Development for Accenture Mobility, he led a global team of professionals responsible for corporate strategy, M&A and partnerships for Accenture's enterprise mobility business. Working closely with Accenture's leadership, his team was also responsible for shaping Accenture's overall digital strategy. Previously, Lars worked in Accenture's Communications, Media, and Technology Practice on strategic and technology advisory projects for Fortune 500 companies in the US, Asia and Europe. Lars is also an active angel investor with investments into a number of technology start-ups, such as Mashape, CircleCI, EasyPost, Orderbird and Bay Sensors.

    Lucy has been an inbound marketer for over 8 years. She started in the lead generation world running large-scale SEM campaigns. In 2009, she joined HubSpot and spent 4 years helping companies be successful with inbound marketing. She is now the Marketing Director at Localytics, where she leads demand generation and content marketing. Recently, Lucy was named one of Mobile Marketer’s Mobile Women to Watch.

    Sara Radkiewicz, Director Product Management, Localytics

    As the Director, Product Management at Localytics, Sara is responsible for the Analytics, Profiles, and Attribution strategy and roadmap delivery. Sara has over 10 years of Product experience, delivering award winning software in both start ups and large enterprises. In her Product Management role at Brightcove, Sara helped build Brightcove's platform into the worlds top on-line video platform. She also held strategic product roles at Bluefin Labs and Thomson Reuters. Sara holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.

    As CMO, Josh oversees global marketing, branding and advertising strategy for Localytics. An accomplished data-driven marketer, he brings 18 years of strategic and tactical experience to Localytics from previous roles at Constant Contact and Staples. At Constant Contact, he was the architect of the successful, high-volume customer growth strategy, helping to grow the company from 50,000 customers to over 600,000. As Marketing Manager at Staples, he fused in-depth consumer marketing knowledge and new technology solutions into their customer loyalty marketing. Josh holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BS in Economics and Human Behavior from Babson College.
