Is it a good experience? Users are always comparing our apps with other apps, and they’re always looking for more intelligent solutions.
With mobile apps we can explore preferences and behaviors and suggest very specified offers with high conversion rates. The main challenge currently is how to process information user by user to get something like a one to one experience.
Apps will have different behaviors for each group of users or even each individual user. When we reach that state, we’ll give our users better, or even perfect, experiences, which will lead to happier customers.
