In less than one week, the best in the world of retail and ecommerce are once again gathering in Boston for the 18th annual eTail East Conference.
As Bostonians and mobile marketing nerds, we love anytime a big conference comes to town that is chock full of brands that are innovating with mobile and driving strong customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Many of those innovative brands will be taking to the stage to share their experiences with other attendees, including executives from L’Oreal, Coca-Cola, Walmart, RueLala, Walgreens, Neiman Marcus, Wayfair, Panera Bread, BaubleBar and Nordstrom Rack.

This session will highlight how customer feedback plays into the brand’s overall business model and why it is a key to their success.

It’s probably no surprise that this is one of my favorites because it’s all about mobile. I’m particularly excited to hear from Alexandra Tanner at L’Oreal. According to her bio, “Alexandra is passionate about the possibilities that technology will bring to bridge the online and in store experiences in the future, creating a more seamless omnichannel experience for customers.” I couldn’t agree more and look forward to hearing about how L’Oreal is delivering a great mobile experience for its loyal customers.
