We’ve created Recommended Audiences to make the process of building commonly used Audiences more streamlined. Rather than having to build the Audience from scratch, when you select a Recommended Audience, all of the behavioral and profile fields are pre-populated, ensuring that your message will reach the right audience.

It’s important to note that once you’ve added a Recommended Audience, it behaves just like an Audience that you created from scratch. That means you can edit and modify it however you’d like. For example, you might use the Returning Users Recommended Audience as a starting point and add in additional criteria to target a more specific sub-section of these users. We will be rolling out additional Recommended Audiences in the coming weeks and months. The goal is to provide Audiences that help our customers follow best practices when it comes to customer engagement. If you’ve got an idea for a Recommended Audience, be sure to share it in the comments section below.
