In the past, Oracle has lacked the mobile data to be able to deliver a consistent customer experience. Today, we are excited to launch a new Localytics Connector now available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace that helps to fill this mobile gap by enabling mutual customers to tie together the cross channel journey with best-in-class data and orchestration capabilities.
The Localytics Connector imports Localytics’ rich mobile data into Oracle Responsys, giving customers a complete view of users across mobile and digital platforms and their journey through the lifecycle. Customers can then use that mobile user profile data to build more personalized campaigns via Responsys.
Using the Localytics Connector customers can create much richer segments to engage high-value users based on in-app behaviors as well as profiles derived from seeing a user’s activity across multiple devices. For example, customers can leverage Localytics Predictions data to target Oracle Responsys email campaigns at users who are about to churn or convert.
Additionally, customers can leverage other Localytics channels like Remarketing and Places for mobile specific engagement. For example, Localytics can help Responsys customers take advantage of remarketing as a channel to enable them to find users in Facebook to target for remarketing campaigns.
